Sun dried tomatoes - beware price comparisons!..
In a typical jar of sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, only about 30% of the net weight is tomato – the rest is oil!! Our packets of sun dried tomatoes contain tomatoes and tomatoes only – no oil and no other additives. The 75g packet is approximately equivalent to 1kg fresh tomatoes.
